The global impact of COVID-19 has caused uncertainty for many of our clients, partners and employees. This constantly evolving situation has many on edge and concerned for the future. We want to reiterate that the safety and well-being of our staff and your staff is our top priority during this pandemic.
At WhiteCanyon Software we have instituted a remote work environment for all employees and temporarily closed our Utah headquarters. In early March we canceled all travel plans for our organization. Our employees now work remotely and we have instituted VPN’s and other safety protocols to ensure all our operations continue uninterrupted. Our support system is fully operational to handle all questions from you, our clients and partners.
I would like to thank i-Sigma for quickly reviewing and providing the ‘Essential Business’ classification document for ITAD’s and other service providers in the industry.
This letter reminds us that during times of uncertainty, data security policies need to be maintained and, with effort, future data breaches can be avoided now.
We have also published a Business Continuity document that we hope will be of benefit to you.
We feel with every catastrophe there is an opportunity. We hope during this time of anxiety that you will be impressed with the dedication, effort and focus of our Support, Sales and Development Teams. We are here to help you in whatever way we can.
