"I just wanted to thank you for the great Recover My Files program and saving my life.

A few months ago, through an error on my part, I deleted my removable drive's content which included over 1000 family pictures I had taken (and other files).

I immediately went to the web and searched for a product that could restore my files. I ended purchasing two that were recommended and neither did the job! They would "recover" my lost files (all camera JPEGs) but I was unable to view the pictures; even when they had professed to be able to do so. (No use having a picture file if you cannot see the final product!)

Frustrated and "broke" I had given up on getting any pictures back. My wife was not a happy at me to say the least!

A friend of mine suggested using Recover My Files and two other alternate recovery programs. Since all were trial copies, I figured I would give them a try since they were not costing me anything. I tried the others (listed 1st in the directory) and nothing, then Recover My Files did the job! I could see the pictures that could be restored.

I immediately paid my registration on-line and went to work. The program was easy, recovered more than just my pictures (e-mails, quicken, etc.) and did an exceptional job. I just wished I had found it prior to trying four other programs and paying for nothing!

You're a genius! Thank you. The computer has just finished the third overwrite, and everything seems to have worked. The 3rd overwrite took much longer than the first 2, as I'm sure you already know. I just tried to boot the old computer, and it wouldn't do it. I got a message on the info/jargon screen saying, "Drive not ready. Insert Boot disk in A." Great!

When I called about WipeDrive Pro I spoke with an English speaking person & was given a phone number for there Tech support & talked with Eric he was knowledgeable about all the products & was helpful in many ways.

I am a Computer Tech as well & talking with a guy in Utah & not India or where ever is a nice change for me I also based my purchasing on that they are a US based company with people that don't read from Q'cards unlike De!!,HPP & Gatewet computer customer support centers.

I have found over the years that I would rather pay more for some thing if I receive "Good Customer Service" that is why I own almost all of the WhiteCanyon Programs they have & use them every day.

Also if you can please FW: this to Eric at WhiteCanyon Tech support I told Eric I would send an email to them thanking him for all the help he given me over the phone. Also answering question not related to WhiteCanyon programs I am very pleased that the owner/s of WhiteCanyon are hiring collage/certified Tech's to help people out because these tech's actually know what they are doing with your programs & computers work in general when I spoke with Eric he completely understood exactly what I was saying unlike a lot of other company?s out there who use untrained people for there support centers.

The staff did everything that they could to help me with this issue. Even though, I followed the instructions for getting to the bios on my computer, there was another little step to actually boot from the CD/ROM drive that I found on the website. Once I did that, the software worked perfectly. The drive is now clean. Thanks for your support.
