What types of programs will Spyware Doctor block and remove?
Spyware Doctor will block and remove spyware, adware, dialers, trojans, and an assortment of other web bugs. It is not antivirus protection, firewall software, or an email spam filter. |

How do I scan my computer?
Click on the "Scan Your Computer" button at the top right corner of Spyware Doctor. Spyware Doctor will then automatically scan your entire PC for spyware and other malicious programs. When it is finished, a dialog box will tell you the results. |

How do I remove spyware from my computer?
First, scan your PC (see question #2). If Spyware Doctor finds any spyware or other programs on your computer, it will ask you if you want to delete them. Click "yes." If you click no, the items will be saved in a list until later. You may delete them later on by clicking "Remove Items" on the right side of Spyware Doctor, at the bottom of the list of options. |

How do I update Spyware Doctor?
Make sure your Internet connection is active. Load Spyware Doctor, and then click "Update Protection" in the right menu. Spyware Doctor will automatically download and install any updates that are available. |

How long is my subscription good for?
Once you buy Spyware Doctor, you are allowed to use it forever. You only pay a yearly update fee to continue getting new program updates that will keep your system safe from the latest threats. |
