    Recover My Email supports all versions of Outlook Express.

    After you select the folders or individual items that you want to save, select 'Save Messages'. Your recovered data will be stored in the file format of your choice.

  6. Does Outlook need to be installed to recover my emails?

    It is not necessary to have Outlook installed on your computer to use Recover My Email for Outlook to view emails. However, in order to save recovered emails as PST files, Microsoft Outlook will need to be installed.

  7. Can Recover My Email open encrypted PST files?

    Recover My Email for Outlook can open PST files with following encryption settings:

    • No Compression
    • Compressible Encryption

    It is not currently possible to open PST files with a "Best Encryption" setting.
