   Recover My Email supports Microsoft Outlook versions 98, 2000, 2002, and 2003
   Recover My Email supports all versions of Outlook Express.

2. What are the minimum system requirements for Recover My Email?

   Recover My Email requires the following:

   • Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, 2003, and Vista
   • 128 MB RAM

   If you have Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express set up to sync with your online email account, you can recover the deleted emails using Recover My Email. If you access your email though a web browser, we would recommend that you download Recover My Files to recover the deleted emails from your online email account.

5. How do I save my recovered emails?

   After you select the folders or individual items that you want to save, select 'Save Messages'. Your recovered data will be stored in the file format of your choice.

6. Does Outlook need to be installed to recover my emails?

   It is not necessary to have Outlook installed on your computer to use Recover My Email for Outlook to view emails. However, in order to save recovered emails as PST files, Microsoft Outlook will need to be installed.

7. Can Recover My Email open encrypted PST files?

   Recover My Email for Outlook can open PST files with following encryption settings:

   • No Compression
   • Compressible Encryption
   
   

   It is not currently possible to open PST files with a "Best Encryption" setting.

8. What files can Recover My Email recover email from?

   Recover My Email will recover email from PST, OST, and DBX files.

9. Will Recover My Email make any changes to my email files?

   No. Recover My Email operates in a read-only mode and will not alter the contents of your email files. This enables risk free recovery. Recovered messages and attachments are saved to a new PST file.
