WhiteCanyon Identity Theft Software - Free Download Delivery Option

Most WhiteCanyon software products can be downloaded at time of purchase. When your order has been completed, you will see a confirmation page with your order details. Click the link at the top of the confirmation page to see your activation keys and programs to download. If you have already closed the confirmation page, check your email. A link to the same download page was imediately emailed to the address you provided at time of purchase. This download link will be valid for 48 hours.

These tips will help ensure that you get your download products as quick as possible:

• Provide a valid email address.
  Be sure to type your email address correctly when ordering online. The link to your download page for your software and activation codes will go to this email address.
  
  
• What if my email doesn't arrive?
  Watch for your receipt and WhiteCayon products' download link. It will come from Sales @ WhiteCanyon.com. If your download link has not arrived within 15 minutes:
  

• Check your spam filter. If you are running a spam filter, consider adding us as a 'trusted' address to ensure that our email is not blocked.
  
  
• Check junk mailbox. Please check any junk mail folders to see if it was put there by mistake.
  
  
• Download within 48 hrs.
  Your download link will be valid for 48 hours. If you are unable to download it within that time, you can still obtain your products easily. Simply request a "Download Link" from our Technical Support staff.
  
  
• Consider the Extended Download Service.
  For freedom to re-download your software and activation codes at anytime for the next 6 months, consider choosing the Extended Download Service option at time of purchase. This gives you a login and password to re-download your software quickly, at anytime for 6 months. Cost: One time charge of $4.95.
