CD will not bott

I have a WipeDrive 3.0 CD that I purchased a number of years ago. I have used it previously on 3 or 4 machines (both desktops and laptops) without any problem. This time I can not get it to boot. I have changed the boot order and it simply does not work. I can hear the CD running but nothing comes up and then eventually windows loads ... Perhaps you can only use 3.0 3 or 4 times? Any help would be appreciated. thank you, Ron

There is nothing that we do to the CDs that would only allow them to run a certain number of times. My guess is that there is either something physically wrong with the CD (recently scratched) or something wrong with the drive itself.
