SecureClean4 Installation error

Hello,

Trying to install SecureClean4 on a work-owned laptop. Initially forgot about work making me run in non-privileged mode; tried to install and installation failed (but I didn't know it, because I received no errors; it just "hung" when "checking for older versions.") Manually killed the process, then ran installer as Privileged User. Now I consistently receive the following error when I try to install:

SecureClean4
An error (-5011 : 0x80040707) has occurred while running the setup.
Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.
If the error still occurs, please contact your vendor. WhiteCanyon.

This is a problem with InstallShield. If you contact the support department at support@whitecanyon.com I believe they have some directions you can follow to get around this.

The new version of SecureClean which should be entering public beta in the next few will no longer have this issue.
