Before You Return Your Software...

There are millions of different configurations of computers on the market and we do our best to keep up with them. If you have problems running the software, the answer may be a simple e-mail or phone call away. Accidental Purchases...

We have a number of products that serve a number of similar, albeit very different purposes. If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong product of ours, we will be happy to make an exchange for the appropriate product of the same price. However, please note that we do not issue refunds for accidental purchases. Any unauthorized purchase will need to be resolved through the issuing authority of the payment method used in the purchase, i.e. credit card company, bank, PayPal, etc.
